Vegans and fans of tasty takeaway food rejoice.

Independent Brighton bagel bakery Bagelman has officially launched its first full-blown, full-taste 100% vegan menu and it’s now live in-store and on Deliveroo.

Already purveyors of the mouth-watering vegan brunch and BLT bagel, you will now have a fully-loaded vegan range to excite your taste buds and stuff even the biggest appetite.

Imagine smoked vegan gouda, mushrooms, jalapeños, spinach & hickory BBQ sauce in a freshly-baked, soft, chewy and slightly sweet bagel. Then stop imagining it, and go buy one.

Or cancel your NYC travel plans and grab yourself a vegan Reuben with veggie sausage, smoked vegan gouda, zingy dill pickles, fresh tomato and tangy American mustard.

Feeling creative? Show Jamie Oliver how it’s done, build your own bagel and pick from Bagelman’s range of vegan cheeses – cream, smoked gouda and pepper jack, Linda McCartney’s veggie sausages, and home-made seitan bacon and beetroot falafel.

Freshly baked in their own bakery in the North Laines, these wholesome holes of goodness are the reigning Queens of lunch-time and late-night snacking. The vegan bagel bread is the same lovingly baked delight, just without the honey.

What’s more, all Bagelman’s cups and takeaway packaging is fully recyclable and will decompose even in a normal bin in three months.

Fancy a drink with your lunch? The left over bagels are fermented to make Optimist craft beer currently available in cans at Fisherman’s Sussex Sq and Big Beach Café, with the profits shared with a local food waste charity.

The vegan menu is in-store now at Bagelman.
